Hi! this is my hack to bring CotM characters to CV3, but the hacks don't end here, theres some minor code edits (thanks to Red X), subweapons cost more weapon (W) points, also, there are some nerfed subweapons, no random drop of III and even more gruesome CV3 experience.
Leather Whip Damage 40 (Base) - Chain whip 60 (1 boss bar) Dagger 2 (40 per hit) Axe 3 (60) Cross 5 (60 to 50) Holy Water 5 (25 or 30 per ''hit'' -5) Ice 4 (2 to 30 per hit, up to 6 hits, now deals damage to bosses, increased freeze time) Fire 5 (C0, probably nerfed to B0) Lit 6 (C0 to B0 or A0) Stopwatch 7 Alucard/Gebel Bat form drains W like crazy. Grant/Zang stab (40 to 50) Sypha/Alfred staff (40 to 45) Alucard/Gebel balls (20 to 30 per hit, up to 3 hits) Alucard/Gebel can attack on stairs (subweapon cheat 0086:0A, 30 damage) Special blue lanterns for subweapons Some enemies from CotM Minor changes to stages colors palettes New prelude, meeting and ending texts (endings unfinished) 2 versions of the hack, one original CV3 levels and one heavy modified to make it harder since the vanilla game is too easy. (Damage modifiers only applies to US version, I couldn't find those values is Akumajou Densetsu)

alternativel: hey just thought I'd ask here, is there any way to replace sprites in Rondo of Blood (TurboGrafx version, more precisely a .Bin .Cue version)? I just thought it would be cool using the custom Ritcher sprite from Serio and his team

TheLV: Yes, it is possible, if you wanna deal with segmented 16x16/16x32 sprites then go on, but I don't know how or if it is possible change the colors of X sprite, anyways, here's the proof

TheLV: Welcome kanashimi ! Besides the ol'reliable hex editor, you can use some utilities from RHDN like Stake by Dan for the OG Castlevania 1 or reVamp by +daniel+ for Cv3/AD, for further assistance, create a thread in the NES section, characters limit reached.
