Please note I'm still in need of help of anyone knows how to remove the Skull Ring's curse if there is a way. Currently been busy with work but I'm going to test it out myself to see if I'm able to remove it myself, if it works I will explain the process. Okay. Thanks and noted. Currently taking some items and change some of the useless ones in PoR for making the best gear for both Jonathan and Charlotte at the moment. Problem is making the weapon animation if anyone could help me on it but not right now. I'll tell you if I need to have a help on that. Thanks again.

Ok I could not figure out how to do it myself so I decided to message Lagolunatic who is the guy who made the tool, he replied back with the following, And to be clear I'm not good with the no$gba debugger and finding addresses so I'm at a lose lol, my only suggestion would be to at this point is to find the most useless ring in POR and copy over all of Skull Ring's stats and icons so you pretty much replace that ring with Skull Ring but without the curse effect, all you have to do is pull up Skull ring in the editor and simply copy all its stats and icons over to the useless ring you want replaced in DSvania editor.

I see. So it's a no-go then. I already made accessories replacing the Pearl Ring and Forget-Me-Not for both Jonathan and Charlotte for their USEFUL and BOOSTED accessories. For the time being, I already had the icon set for Jonathan based on CotM's item sprite which is a good one. Now what's bugging me now is how to change one of the swords to make the Claimh Solais to be actual used in PoR...

Now what's bugging me now is how to change one of the swords to make the Claimh Solais to be actual used in PoR... Regarding changing the swords, both POR and Dawn of sorrow luckily use similar size and animations for their weapons and sprites to editing them should be as simple as exporting them within the GFX editor in DSvania and then inserting them back using a program like Tile Molester, like for instance what I would do is first is export the palette sprites using the GFX editor function of Claim Solais (which can be found in the same folder as DSvania editor after extraction), afterwards open up Portrait of Ruin and do the same with the weapon you want change into the Claim Solais, now keep in mind its ok to have two separate windows for DSvania open while doing this. After you do the steps I listed above and import the palette of Claim Solais over the weapon you want replaced using GFX editor which of course will give that weapon the Claim Solais color palette. Now the final steps is if your good at image editing you can cut and paste the Claim Solais over the extracted sprites (which can be found within the GFX folder in DSvania) for the sword you want replaced and then import those sprites back into the game using the GFX editor function. Or if your familiar with Tile Molester you can scroll down until you find those sprites and replace them there which is what I normally would do but you will of course need information on how to get the palette loaded within Tile Molester, Here are the first steps you will need to get that palette, this tutorial shows you how to get the value which can be loaded within Tile Molester, the only difference is that the tutorial using the palette viewer of VisualBoyAdvance (which is a old method) while the current method is easier since this can be done within the GFX editor of Tile Molester so keep in mind the steps are the same but you get your number value from GFX editor instead of the palette viewer of VBA, www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=200670Afterward you've read the topic and followed the steps then its time to open Tile Molester and get the palette loaded so you can find it and edit it with your new sword, Open that link the Tile Molester link I posted and download it if you have not done so already, afterwards open your rom you want edited and then go to the palette tab and choose Import From this file and then paste that offset into the offset box and for size put 250 and afterwards your done and all you have to do is scroll down until find the sword, the final step is to use a image editing program such as Paint.NET to Cut and crop the different animations for the sword that you extracted using the GFX editor and then import them using Tile Molester over the animations it matches the most since as I pointed out DOS and POR have similar attack animations, once your done choose File and Save and then test it out ingame to see if its to your liking. Now as I pointed out those are the two steps, Tile Molester or Image cropping and editing and importing it directly using the GFX editor once your done, now DSvania has a animations editor that that lets you see the sword in action once your done and also lets you move and adjust the sprite itself after you have already inserted it, my suggestion would be to get the sprites replaced and afterwards open up the animations editor (which is in the sprite editor) and test it out and adjust it to your liking. Hope this helps, feel free to ask more questions if need be.

XD But in DoS, the Claimh Solais has it's own Crit Animation but since it can't be used for PoR, I have to use a different Critical Art for it, if I'm right about it...
