I simple don´t understand "how to" do that... I´m not expert in this subject. I hope, some one can "update" / improve the Alucard sprite. When Alucard finish the attack there is no sword / don´t show up. Regards! Have you never played this game before? Weapon thing you mentioned have nothing to do with custom sprite. This is how badly player Maxim is made. Unlike NPC version, which is far superior is terms of quality, player one have stiff & wierd attack animation & lack half of his special skills. Player Maxim attacks with a "Blue Thing" as I would call it, it not even looks like a sword. And his animation lack frames of him gettin sword back. So considering there is no support for custom animations for this game as of yet with DSvania, only option is to try reprogramm the game...
