I was lurking in the forums of Romhacking.net and found this interesting project. Aperture of Corruption Thoughts? Yeah saw this yesterday and thought its kinda big project, its like a overhaul of CV3 sincr theyre making a whole new story and re working most of the game. Im kinda confused tho. So sonia is trevor's mom like legit? Thought sonia was non canon. But other than that the mirror concept is nice and the way they tied saint germain and the stop watch together was slick.

For sure, it is a huge project. Linking St. Germain and the the stopwatch was pretty clever. I have always known Sonia to be a main timeline character.

Legends was removed from the series timeline by IGA, thus making it a non canon title.

Sonia was one of the confirmed leads in the Dreamcast game Castlevania: Resurrection, up until that game's cancellation. Also you noticed plot details for that fan project? "Plot points from legends that will be ironed out in Aperture of Corruption: why Alucard is not Trevor's father". Looks to me that this fan game is not going against official canon about that.

Castlevania Resurrection was also supposed to be for the N64 why they're not explaining why Alucard is Trevor's father is ridiculous I think because at the end of legends when you beat the game and Sonia Belmont is holding baby Trevor and explains that Trevor is alucard's son

Looks to me that this fan game is not going against official canon about that. not only that but there are timelines out on the internet that have the Belmont family trees on them and one of them I was looking at actually connects Alucard to the belmonts family tree as being Trevor's father. But at least they are going to have one of my favorite Castlevania characters who I honestly think should have been brought back in Castlevania Dawn of sorrow because of what is said in Castlevania curse of darkness by this character and that's saint Germain. St.Germain - "faith in the morrow those are fine words but not for me as one who travels through time I see the morrow a bit differently all the same the flow of time has stabilized at last for myself I think I'll go far into the future to see what awaits there is one great battle yet to be fought between Lord Dracula and the humans perhaps they will remember your fight or perhaps it will start anew." But unfortunately if you read this he talks about going far into the future to see the last great battle that must be fought between Lord Dracula and the humans but we didn't see him in Castlevania Dawn of sorrow nor did we see him in Castlevania Aria of sorrow but to be honest we've really should have seen him in Castlevania Dawn of sorrow.

Sometime in the near future, it may be a good idea for us as a modding community to create a fan hack that brings this great battle to life. Maybe set the hack after Dawn of Sorrow timewise, making a title that would be the farthest into the future of all Castlevania's to date. If only we could do something like Harmony of Despair, with every past playable character, hacked or not, as well as some new faces unseen in the series so far. Making it on a co-op title, using rearranged maps from every game in the series. Then it would be the biggest and most diverse game to date for what, to me, has always been the greatest game series of all time. And not just for MOBILE!!!!!

It is non canon game anyways.

I suggest you dig info from time to time, really missing cool stuff. Maybe you do not know what is Nocturne of Recollection too? Because it is canon material about Alucard's life with Maria after SOTN. Akumajō Dracula: Kabuchi no Tsuisoukyoku - Soma novel. Akumajō Dracula X: Tsuioku no Yasōkyoku - post SOTN radio drama.
