Castlevania Circle of the Moon Hack starting at Triumph Hall

Hello guys, I'm new here I hope you are posting this request in the right place.
I was wondering if it would be possible to create a Hack rom of Castlevania Circle of the Moon where the game starts in Triumph Hallway instead of Catacombs.
As everyone should know, the original game starts in a cutscene in a room that belongs to Catacombs right in front of Ceremonial Room where Carmilla manages to summon Dracula, then Morris Baldwin, Hugh Baldwin and Nathan Graves arrive.
The detail is that there is a considerable path from Triumph Hallway where technically it is the entrance to the castle to this room where this initial cutscene of the original game takes place.
I have already completed Circle of the Moon a few times and auditioned and realized that it is possible to go from Triumph Hallway to this room in the initial cutscene without the double jump which is the second special skill acquired in the game.
So, I would like to know if it would be possible to create a Circle of the Moon Hack Rom where you can control Nathan From Triumph Hallway where the castle entrance is to the room where the initial cutscene takes place, and as soon as you arrive in the room the cutscene takes place. normally and the game would go on normally.
This is just to make the game a little more original, since all other castlevanias usually start in the place where the castle's entrance is.
In order for this to be done and keep the game balanced, the enemy Flame Armor and the cross sub-item must be removed from the area where the main gate of the castle is, they must reappear there again when you revisit the place when you already have the double jump skill.
Because in the original game you can only access this area when you have a double jump. So in Hack, you already start there and can access it again when you have the double jump.
Another thing that must be changed to keep the game balanced is the platform highlighted in the image that I am attaching, it must be reduced so that it cannot be accessed without the double jump and the player has access to the HP max increase located there early.
I think that just these changes are enough to keep the game a little more normal. I have never hacked games, so I don't know how complicated it is to make these changes, so I would like to know if this can really be done.
