For now most interesting to me is a condition of Richter in this lol Since Belmont mode doesn't seem to be planned, I wonder will there even be a prologue with him. But then maker openly said this gonna be different from usual SOTN anyways.

I wonder of someone is working in a SotN version for smart refrigerators... that would be EPIC lol We already have it on consoles, PC & phones, so considering SOTN have a low difficulty it should be playable even on something like microwave oven.

Lmao. Seriously. We even have 4 different versions accessible across various consoles: SOTN - US PSX, Nocturne in the Moonlight - JP PSX, NITM - JP Saturn, and DXC SOTN - US PSP/PS4; also all titles can be accessed by PC or Smartphone. STOP REMAKING THE SAME GAME!!!! It is time for SOTN2 Konami! No offense to DPA - Dawn of Symphony is still epic.

There is also demo version/build of early SoTN on the net. As for SoTN2 we have Nocturne Radio Drama that continues SoTN story showing pretty non romantic future of Alu & Maria 😂 Damn, Magnus is such an awesome character.

So I think Konami needs to stop being the cash cow like every other video game company out there because it seems like these companies can't produce anything new. I mean I get if Konami wants to put out a few versions out there so that people who don't actually have the game can buy it or people who want to buy it for a nostalgic reasons can buy it I get that but just releasing the same game version over and over again is not going to save them forever. because us having to buy the same version that we've got on every other console on another console is just ridiculous. I mean seriously Konami needs to make another game and I have thought about this. What I think might be cool for another Castlevania if it is another symphony of the night game if they have a part 2. We could play Alucard again that would be cool but make the game 3D and have kind of a sandbox like world. This way the area we run around is bigger. Add the old weapons and bring in new weapons into it. They could even have the symphony of the night before the original symphony of the night. Where it could be Juste Belmont they put into the game as one of the characters. Because symphony of the night part 2 could be after Harmony of dissonance. That was just one thought I had on how they could do it.

Gotta admit those pachislot CV3 scenes look better than any Lords Of Shadow tho, let alone the fact of awesome design & the absence of unnecessary reboot stuff. GoS ended up unfinished & got shot down with little amount of content. There were some news about its possible reappearance, but I doubt it'll become any better. Game about Julius during 1999 would be awesome, cause it's the episode CV series missing on, but oh well 😂 IGA making Bloodstained now, so I'm fine with it as CV of the new era.

so I haven't really commented on this as I really don't know what to think about this because part of me kind of thinks that there is no reason to do a "remake" as this guy puts it because esoc hopefully I wrote his name in here right but anyway is already making a remake not to mention he's making a remake by scratch instead of using previous assets to do it. Not to mention if this guy really wanted to do the game Justice like he says he does he would add the areas that were cut out from the PS1 and PSP version of symphony of the night that is from Castlevania symphony of the night for the sick of Saturn into the game. Although I think it's cool and that it should be done I also think that there's no reason to do it too because a remake's already being done. But while remakes already being done he could make his to where the sega saturn areas and everything else that has to do with the Sega Saturn versioned is implemented into this version of the game as it would also be a Sega version. He could give us something that we never really got unless we had a sega saturn or had a really good Sega Saturn emulator to be able to play it.

Well, sega is weaker console than psx, so it's hardly can be bigger than psx game. Tho you can notice Maria is rather based on her Saturn version :-)

To be quite honest with you if we were actually able to "hack" Castlevania symphony of the night for the PlayStation 1 then those areas from Castlevania symphony of the night for Sega Saturn as well as the familiars and items missing would be playable. The only problem I ever had with the Sega Saturn version was the slowdown in which I easily fixed this with going into the settings and fiddling with them. This way I didn't have that slow down as much.

But then just get that QOL mod from YZB & play Saturn version, makes the game run much more smooth. As for hacking PSX version, it is now inferior SOTN, I do not see any point to play it. Both PSP & Saturn SOTN have more stuff, both them are far superior to PSX version, which is outdated.

I think PSX version is only worthy for the Dialog ( and the 2 familiars at JP version). Still... its the classic one and old players will come back to it time to time.
Regarding the fangame, pretty awesome! I'm intrigued what will become !
