EDIT4: Updated to 1.3. Fixed a bug caused by not skipping the intro cutscene and picking up the Sage Ring during it! Thank you to gentlemener for pointing it out! (I never would've encountered it on my own, as I always skip the cutscene lol)
EDIT3: Changed the download to an xdelta patch for the US version of the game, to avoid any issues with distributing roms.
EDIT2: Updated the mod to version 1.2. Severely lowered the power of Seiryu, Byakko and Suzaku (after playing more I decided they are WAY too strong and I think it's more fun to reduce their power than limit how many casts you can have on screen at once), fixed a sound issue related to Seiryu (for some reason, it was using Jonathan's voice) and fixed starting with the Vampire Killer equipped (when you shouldn't).
EDIT: Updated the mod to version 1.1. Changed the critical arts from Tristan&Isolde and Don Quixote to the Nebula Whip art, because you can now perform the Ice Breath and Fire Breath critical arts via Martial Arts, so they're now accessible no matter what weapon you're using!

Here's the download link to version 1.3 (it's for the US version of the game, use xdelta to patch it) (I suggest playing on hard mode, as you get a boost in overall power. Early game boost is much bigger than mid-late game, due to what I had to do with initial stats to make up for being unable to change stat growth on level up)
So, after finally figuring out all the offsets and such to swap out voices in PoR (and DoS, but that doesn't matter here, it's for a Soma->Yoko mod), I created the mod I've always wanted to make: Charlotte + Charlotte (clone). Think of it as Charlotte having achieved greater magical mastery and being able to create a clone of herself to help with spell casting, plus being able to cast some spells instantaneously, among other stuff.
So what does that do that's so interesting? Well, for example, you can now:
-Combine Tempest + Gale Force
-Combine Full Charge INT Boost + Spellcasting (the spells assigned to "Charlotte" (originally Jonathan) not the "Clone" (original Charlotte))
-Combine Time Stop + Spellcasting
-Near-Instant Owl Morph for extra evasion pre-superjump
-Use some subweapons that were Richter/Maria-exclusive in the main game mode
-Use a *few* extra weapons with either Charlotte or her clone and perform critical arts with books
And there are a few more changes! Full changelist below.

*Holy Water (same as Jonathan's, can be mastered)
*Bible (same as Jonathan's, can be mastered)
*Javelin (same as Jonathan's, can be mastered)

-Charlotte can do everything Jonathan could moves-wise (superjump etc., including using her own "martial arts" that replicate the ice breath and fire breath critical arts)
-MP regeneration is, unfortunately, the same as Jonathan's, but you get a Sage Ring at the start to make up for it (and you can stack it with another one later)
-Stat GROWTH, unfortunately, remains the same as Jonathan's (you get a lot of STR/CON, but not so much INT/MND), but I changed the INITIAL STATS to compensate for that:
*STR = 0 (nowhere near as bad as it seems, cause you get a lot on level up and eventually you're gonna surpass the clone)
*CON = 0 (nowhere near as bad as it seems, cause you get a lot on level up and eventually you're gonna surpass the clone)
*INT = Original Charlotte's initial INT +20 (you start with a BIG boost, but at max level you get the same INT as in vanilla, cause you get a lot less INT per level)
*MND = Original Charlotte's initial MND +20 (you start with a BIG boost, but you get VERY LITTLE on level up and the clone will have a TON more than you at max level)
-Keep in mind that, although you can't "full charge" spells, you can now combo them with the "full charge" INT boost from the Clone (and, you know, the spells are cast instantaneously, you can use them while airborne and you have a ton of extra INT at the start... It ends up working out)

-Can do everything original Charlotte could moves-wise (so no superjump etc.)
-Stat growth and initial stats are the same as original Charlotte's (cause it's actually original Charlotte turned into a "clone")

-Can perform critical arts with most weapons, including books (eg you can perform the Ice Breath critical art from Rahab's Frost with Tristan&Isolde, the ice book)

-Grand Cross eventually becomes available in the shop

-Some other Jonathan subweapons can still be found, but not used (and some can be found, but they're in the corner of the screen, so you can't reach them. Don't ask me why, it was just easier to do it this way, but it's not a bug)

ACTUAL PROBLEMATIC BUGS THAT I NEED TO DISCOVER HOW TO FIX:
-Charlotte turns invisible during the Whip's Memory fight for some goddamn reason (you can still fight and win, but it's really annoying)
NOT A BUG IN THE SENSE IT'S TOO MINOR A THING FOR ME TO CARE ABOUT FIXING:
-Quest that requires you to hit the meat can't be completed AFAIK
-Subweapons that can no longer be used appear in the rooms they would normally show up, but are located in the corner of the screen, so you can't reach them. It's weird, but not an issue (again, you can't use them)
-Charlotte's death sound is "what??" instead of the regular death sound
-Unusable Jonathan weapons/armor are still around, which I like a) for collection purposes, b) for you to be able to sell them
-Jonathan still screams along with Charlotte when you use a dual crush (waaaaay too annoying to change this one)
-Whip's Memory uses Charlotte's voice when casting Grand Cross
