How can I add new weapons when I "run out of space according" to DSVEdit? As in, replacing weapons like the firearms and throwing ones with darkFunction, since I want to add 3 spears, 2 swords, and 2 greatswords. I want to use the Longinus' animations and hitbox as a base for one of those spears, making it so that it replaces one of the throwing weapons.

BUT you can always make the animation from scratch. That's quite hard but if you know what you doing you'll get a really nice animation

Btw, the censored name doesn't contain any special characters, in case you're wondering.

It also happens if I do simple change such as slightly changing the position of the sprites and hitboxes, and even replacing a hitbox with another one (i.e. replacing hitbox01 with hitbox 06).

Actually I'm trying to modify a Dawn of Sorrow ROM, sorry for not specifying. Have you added a free space overlay in Dsvania editor? You can add/change very little without one in my experience. If you haven't the readme gives instructions on how to add one.

I honestly forgot about that, thanks a lot for reminding me.
