That's amazing , I would like to try it for PSX version, but given the lack of tools ,experience and patience , I never tried . One of the things that I would like to do it was to know how to patch SOTN / Harmony / OoE musics to older games , like NES games and circle of the moon. Also, patching some youtube cover musics to SOTN itself .

Thanks! Wanted to be able to mod music as much as characters, but music is complicated task, because need specific tools not just for game, but for music files. I cant say for psx version (no idea, which format it uses), but PSP version is great & it supports modern music quality. So as I inserted fan made Bloody Tears cover (got it from YouTube), you can insert basically ANYTHING into the game. Size of files is NOT A PROBLEM. Unlike psx, its possible to properly repack PSP games with much bigger files, than game had as a base. If you wanna give music modding a try, I can explain the process, just say the word. As for inserting newer music into old games, possible, but you cannot retain their quality. Need long & annoying process of converting music to supported formats...

Yeah, extracting the game files, converting the music into a format that can be used on the game and repatching the game while looking at the filesize and trying to maintain a decent quality its annoying. I was reading that music patching is among one of the most difficulty hacks/mods for old games. For PSX , we do have some tools , but I don't have experience with then . Actually I did tried some in past, but since I was unable to do the changes that I desired, there were no reason to look at ripping and reassemblers stuff. I did have limited success with GS codes , tried to study ASM but failed to make it work ( even with tutorials for other games) . I only come back at modding when a SOTN tool was released by a user on romhacking forums ( I've even posted on PSX section). I believe it doesn't work for PSP , unfortunately but it would be nice to have it too while coupling some of your hacks. For music modding on PSP, yes, I'm interested. I can only test on PPSSPP but I believe it won't be a problem. Learning from here I can even use for other systems.

Well, main problem of PSX is lack of a tool to properly repack ISO without filesize problems. I had tonns of those problems during Vagrant Story modding. As for PSP UMD gen is awesome tool. Ok then, gotta sleep now, will post tutor here tomorrow morning. Need to check all possible tools you could use for it.

Is there a version of this with the Richter sprite mod? Its already uses Richter's modded sprite. Video shows it. You have BOTH costumes.
