Hi so I've been playing my raspberry pi 3 b+ quite a bit lately. I was wondering if anybody knew. Where I could get certain emulators I am looking for.
I am looking for
Emulators:
PSX
Sega Genesis
DS
GBA
PSP
Sega Master system
Sega Saturn
Nintendo 64
You're talking to the right guy here
, I don't know if Pc emulators work with Raspberry pi, (Cuz i don't know anything about Raspberry Pi) but i will give it a shot anyway. I've had a lot of experience with many emulators and here's my opinion of which ones are the best:
PSX=DuckStation. A very good and decent emulator, where you won't have to deal with too many problems like Epsxe, or have to configure a bunch of crap (which sometimes doesn't even work right) like PcsxR.
Sega Genesis= Regen. a very simple and practical emulator that never gave me ANY headaches.
DS=Desmume. a perfect emulator and practically flawless, its only flaw is: if you make the graphics prettier or apply a filter (like Scanlines or Simple2x ) it will run slower and buggy.
GBA= mGba. Seriously, it is just PERFECT, it has additional features for specific games like Boktai and Mmbn4, it has a lot of amazing filters and an exceptional performance.
PSP = I don't think there is another psp emulator on the market other than PPSSPP. it has a very easy to use interface and you can create specific settings for specific games! (he's so good that I only play SOTN with him!)
Master System= In fact, all MS emulators are a bit similar, so I think just search google and download whatever catches your attention.
Sega Saturn= I never tried to know to be honest.
Nintendo64=Mupen64. For me, it's much better and easier to use than Project64, but I think Project64 isn't a bad option either.
You can find All (or almost all) of these emulators on a website called: Vimm's Lair.
